Consultation Only
$20 per hour.
Includes:

"Day-of" Services
$800, 8 hour maximum.
We do all the work before, during, and after,so the bridal couple and their families can have peace of mind, relax and enjoy the day.
Ceremony:
- Set-up for ceremony, assist the bridal party. We can provide a weddng arch and other altar decor with this package.
Reception:
- Set-up for the reception including decor, centerpieces, favors, guest, cake, head/sweetheart, and gift tables. We can provide basic wedding decor with this package to include linens and skirting, tulle, lights and decor/centerpieces for cake table, gift table, guest book table, and bridal party table. Chair covers and sashes can be added for the bridal party table.
- Greet, direct and assist vendors and guests.
- Make sure that reception activities flow smoothly and on time.
- Tear-down and clean up after the reception, including transport of gifts and supplies.
Wedding Supplies and Decorations:
- Clear glass plates, toasting glasses and silverware for up to 100 guests.
- Custom centerpieces and reception decor.
- Fabric backdrops and scarves
- Decorated arch, floral stands, floor candelabras, tabletop easel, 5' floor easel for engagement or bridal portrait, tiki torches, pedestals, columns, 12 x 12 tent.
- Lights, lighted trees, lighted rose topiaries.
- Serving trays, table cloths, lace table overlays, table skirting, chair covers, chair sashes including silver, napkins.
- Cake serving sets, guest book and pen, toasting glasses, guest favors, candies, place cards and holders, bubbles, candles.
- Vases: mint julep, trumpet, eiffel tower, floating candle, tall, short, red, clear, silver, white.
- Silk flowers, swags and garlands in pink, red, peach, yellow, blue, purple, lavender, turquoise, teal, etc.
- Crystals, seashells, colored sand, rocks and gems, butterflies, hearts.
- Crystal garlands, crystal floral, beaded garlands in red, green, blue, pink, silver, lavender.
- Cake toppers, ring bearer pillows, flower girl baskets, bridal party bouquets, aisle runners, silk rose petals.
- Unity candle sets, votive and tealight candles and holders, memory/photo candle.
- Tiaras, veils, crinolines.
- Tulle - ivory, white, turquoise, pink, yellow, blue, silver, black.
- Wedding cake (25 serving minimum).
- Invitations, tracking RSVP's.
A La Carte Wedding Services:
- Trumpet player for bridal processional and recessional.
- Videographer, Professional photographer.
- Wedding Day Ceremony and Reception Assistant (2 - 8 hours).
- Reception servers (4 - 6 hours).
- Reception Music option- $450 for up to 4 hours, DJ.
